Refunds & Rescheduling

Eligibility

This policy applies to Chart Annotation Workshop seats, Trading Plan Studio seats, and Private Chart Review sessions booked with Jyzex Co., Ltd. It does not cover third-party lodging, travel, or personal printing costs.

Timeframe for full refund

Cancel in writing to hello@jyzex.com at least 14 days before the scheduled start for a full refund of tuition and deposit. Cancellations between 13 and 7 days before start receive a 50% refund of tuition paid; the deposit portion is retained to cover preparation.

Partial refunds & non-refundable items

• Cancellations within 6 days of start, no-shows, and departures after a session has begun are non-refundable.
• Custom printed chart packs already produced for your booking are non-refundable once printing has started.
• Completed Private Chart Review time is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may request one complimentary transfer to another published cohort or review window if notice arrives at least 7 days before the original start and space exists. Later transfers are treated under the cancellation schedule above.

Deposits

Workshop deposits hold a named seat. Deposits convert to tuition credit when the balance is paid. Deposits become non-refundable inside the 14-day window except when Jyzex cancels the cohort.

Jyzex cancellations

If we cancel a workshop or session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel you arranged independently.

Refund process & timing

Email hello@jyzex.com with your full name, booking reference or preferred date, and payment method used. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank transfer refunds may require confirmation of account details.

Work already started

Once a workshop day or private review has begun, fees for that booking are earned. Materials already delivered remain yours for personal use under our Terms.
